Based in Charleston, West Virginia, and led by attorney Kristina Thomas Whiteaker, The Grubb Law Group has a long-standing reputation in the community for its determination, integrity and passion for upholding the law. Every day, we follow in the footsteps of founding partner David Grubb, who has made it his life’s work to take an aggressive stance against employers and big corporations who have taken advantage of everyday people.

Our versatile trial lawyers are committed to putting the law on the side of consumers and workers who have fallen victim to unfair and deceptive acts that violate consumer protection laws, employment laws specifically employee rights, warranty and credit laws, and product safety laws. We use more than 50 years of combined legal experience to seek full and fair compensation for individuals and class action members.

She practices primarily in the areas of workplace rights litigation, consumer protection and personal injury. Since joining The Grubb Law Group in 2004, she has demonstrated highly effective trial skills on behalf of the firm’s clients and has achieved outstanding results in litigation involving automobile sales fraud, mobile home warranties, employment discrimination and Lemon Law violations.

Founding partner David L. Grubb is a former West Virginia State Senator, the founder of the West Virginia Citizen Action Group, and a past deputy attorney general in charge of the state’s Consumer Protection Office. His experience with consumer rights issues and knowledge of state and federal consumer protection law represent a major advantage to clients of the firm.
