Advocating For Consumers And Workers Since 1996
Based in Charleston, West Virginia, and led by attorneys David L. Grubb and Kristina Thomas Whiteaker, The Grubb Law Group has a long-standing reputation in the community for its determination, integrity and passion for upholding the law. Every day, we follow in the footsteps of founding partner David Grubb, who has made it his life’s work to take an aggressive stance against employers and big corporations who have taken advantage of everyday people.
Our versatile trial lawyers are committed to putting the law on the side of consumers and workers who have fallen victim to unfair and deceptive acts that violate consumer protection laws, employment laws specifically employee rights, warranty and credit laws, and product safety laws. We use more than 50 years of combined legal experience to seek full and fair compensation for individuals and class action members.
